Course outline

The course probes into the concept of positive law and distinguishes it from other aspects of law, which formulate human behavior such as moral and religious behavior, etc. It examines the sources of law and distinguishes it into public and private law. Elements of public and private law are provided as are fundamental principles of Constitutional and Administrative Law, as well as, Criminal (Penal) and Private
(Civil) Law. The organization of the system of judicature is thoroughly examined, as are elements of
European Law.
